Fees
No platform, per-user or per-device fees. You pay for calls and phone numbers ($4.99 a month each) from prepaid credit.
Automatic top-up
When you sign up we save your card for automatic top-ups: when your credit falls below $5, we add $25. Change or turn this off in the Control panel under My Account › Usage Charges › Add Credit › Auto Recharge.

Calls are billed per minute in 60-second increments, with a 60-second minimum. You can call the US and Canada. International destinations are not available yet.
Prepaid credit
Choose your starting credit when you sign up: $10, $25, $50 or $100 (USD). Add more any time at signup.topaz.tel/topup. We email you when your balance drops below $5. If your credit runs out, paid calls stop until you add more; calls between your own extensions keep working.
Phone numbers
Each phone number costs $4.99 a month, taken from your credit every 30 days. Eligible new accounts (card saved at signup) get their first number’s first month free. If your credit can’t cover a number’s fee, we keep it for 7 days, then release it. Choose local US and Canadian numbers by area code in the Control panel.
Refunds
Unused credit can be refunded on request. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from your balance.
