In SmartPBX, open Call history to see each call’s date, time, duration, caller and destination.
How a call is charged
Calls are billed per minute in 60-second increments, with a 60-second minimum. For example, a 61-second call to a US number is billed as 2 minutes: $0.04. See all rates →
Watch your balance
Your balance in the Control panel goes down as calls are charged. We email you when your balance drops below $5. If your credit runs out, paid calls stop until you add more; calls between your own extensions keep working.
Spot unexpected calls
If your balance drops faster than expected, look in call history for calls you don’t recognise. If a phone’s credentials may have leaked, change its SIP password in the Control panel. See Security.
